After submitting the form, if your student will be attending a Dubuque Community School, you’ll receive next steps in the enrollment process and ensure that you receive future communication including information about the district-wide Kindergarten Welcome Event held in the spring!
If your student currently attends a FREE four-year-old preschool program at a district elementary school or participating community preschool and you plan to enroll in another school or district, please complete the form so we know where to send your student's records.
