How to Register: NEW and RETURNING STUDENTS

NOTE: If you have a kindergartner or new student to the district and have NOT completed a New Student Enrollment Form or submitted required enrollment information, please see the checklist for new students before completing the following steps.

STEPS 1-4 must be completed by all students.

COMPLETE ONLINE REGISTRATION

Online registration opens on August 1 at 9 a.m.

NOTE: Your student is not considered registered until all required information is completed.

PAY FOR STUDENT FEES AND MEALS

Go to the district’s Online Payments Portal to make online payments for student fees and meals.

NOTE: If you are applying for a fee waiver, do not pay fees until eligibility is determined.

COMPLETE REQUIRED AND OPTIONAL FORMS

Review district forms to determine if any are needed for your student.

NOTE: Most required forms are completed during online registration. Additional health forms are required for NEW students and students in grade 9.

RETURN COMPLETED FORMS TO THE SCHOOL OFFICE

Return all paperwork before school starts in August.

Registration Assistance
The district will host registration assistance opportunities throughout the community when registration opens. Make plans to join us for our Mobile Registration + Employment Fair.

Community Access
Free Wi-Fi access is available outside each district school building and computer access is also available at many community partners, including the Carnegie-Stout Public Library and the Multicultural Family Center.
