Crescent Community Health Center in Dubuque will offer a mobile vaccine / sports physical clinic at four Dubuque Community School District schools during the month of July.
Dubuque Community School District Students are able to attend one of these clinics for school year vaccinations and/or sports physicals. Students must be accompanied by a parent/guardian in order to receive services.
