The goal of the league is to introduce future bowlers to the Mustang bowling program. Students will bowl 2-3 games and take part in drills aimed at improving their scores. Coaches Cheever and Muilenburg will run the league with assistance from current Hempstead bowlers.

The tackle football program begins the week of August 11th and includes introduction skills for tackle football, and a six-game schedule. Games are held on Sundays

The Dubuque Senior Youth Cheerleading Program was established to provide young people the opportunity to learn the fundamentals and to develop their abilities as a cheerleader.

These camps will focus on strength, power, mobility, flexibility, agility, and speed. From a beginner to an advanced athlete and can give them the competitive edge and readiness they need for the upcoming season.

Hempstead Girls Volleyball Summer Camps. Athletes entering grades 3-5 will go from 4-5:30 pm. Athletes entering grades 6-8 will go from 6-8 pm. Camps will be in Moody Gym at Hempstead HS. Each camper will receive a shirt. The camp will focus on volleyball fundamentals. Use link provided to register.

Loras Tennis Skills Camp teaches fundamentals to beginners. Campers learn the basics of tennis in a fun environment encouraging future participation. Loras Tennis High School Camp focuses on improving the playing ability of high schoolers. Campers focus on match strategies to enhance their game.
