During these three days of camp, campers will work on developing and mastering basketball skills such as shooting, dribbling, pivoting and passing. This camp will be led by the Senior Women's Basketball coaching staff and current Senior basketball players.

This camp is for everyone! Whether you're an experienced track athlete or you are looking to try something new this camp is for you. We are all about having fun and learning the sport of track and field!! Over three days you'll be able to practice a variety of events and be tested in those events!

Come learn or further your knowledge about the great sport of running! Focus will be on proper form, agility, mobility, balance, power, and of course the speed needed for running everything from the 100-meter dash to the 5k. ALL ABILITIES WELCOME.

Clinics will be held June 23rd & June 30th. These clinics are designed to provide instruction on all fundamentals of volleyball. Each week we will work on mastering the proper fundamentals for all positions and skills through a mix of drills and games.

The goal of the league is to introduce future bowlers to the Mustang bowling program. Students will bowl 2-3 games and take part in drills aimed at improving their scores. Coaches Cheever and Muilenburg will run the league with assistance from current Hempstead bowlers.

The tackle football program begins the week of August 11th and includes introduction skills for tackle football, and a six-game schedule. Games are held on Sundays

The Dubuque Senior Youth Cheerleading Program was established to provide young people the opportunity to learn the fundamentals and to develop their abilities as a cheerleader.

These camps will focus on strength, power, mobility, flexibility, agility, and speed. From a beginner to an advanced athlete and can give them the competitive edge and readiness they need for the upcoming season.

Hempstead Girls Volleyball Summer Camps. Athletes entering grades 3-5 will go from 4-5:30 pm. Athletes entering grades 6-8 will go from 6-8 pm. Camps will be in Moody Gym at Hempstead HS. Each camper will receive a shirt. The camp will focus on volleyball fundamentals. Use link provided to register.
