For Pacific Islander adults who think they may have diabetes, or have a relative living with diabetes, to receive a free screening at Crescent Community Health Center. They can get connected to a care provider, free co-pay for first visit, and receive a box of food before leaving the screening.

Mellon Sisters Race Against Violence is done in memory of Amy Mellon Fecht who suffered many years of domestic abuse. We have a Fun Run/Walk and a 5k Race with medals awarded to top 3 in each age bracket. It’s held at the Heritage Trail. All money raised used to provide assistance to victims.

Girl Talk meets once a month, the second Saturday of the month, at the Multicultural Family Center. The goal of this group is to a provide culturally specific setting for Marshallese girls to discuss, learn, and share experiences with each other.
