Parents/guardians who do not wish for their student to use non-essential digital resources that require the use of personally identifiable information may opt-out by completing the form below.

Note that your student will still be required to use essential digital resources necessary for academic growth, assessments, curriculum, instruction, and progress monitoring as part of their ongoing learning and development.
