The Dubuque Community School District’s Online Payment Portal is a secure online payment processing system that accepts Visa, MasterCard or Discover credit or debit cards. This means that you can know what your meal balance is and add funds directly from the Online Payment Portal.
NOTE: Funds must be deposited by 10 a.m. to be available for meal purchases on the day of deposit to allow time to sync with Meal Magic, the district’s food service management system. Any deposits made after 10 a.m. will be available for student purchases the following school day.
What did your student eat?
You can monitor when and what your student ate in the Meal Magic Family Portal. This portal will show you which a la carte items were purchased at the secondary level and which days meals were purchased at the elementary level.
NOTE: Online payments are not accepted in the Meal Magic Family Portal. All online payments to the district are made using the district’s Online Payment Portal.
