Free and Reduced-Price Meals
Dubuque Community School District students may be eligible to receive free or reduced-price meals (breakfast and lunch) in accordance with guidelines set forth by the National School Lunch and School Breakfast Programs.

No member of your household is directly certified (receives federal SNAP or FIP benefits; receives a DHS letter; is homeless; a runaway or migrant; is a foster child)
A member of your household attends Bryant, Carver, Eisenhower, Hempstead, Irving, Kennedy, Roosevelt, Sageville, Senior, Table Mound

Printed copies of the application, and the Fee Waiver Application, are also available at any school.

A new application must be completed each and every school year unless a member of your household is directly certified.
All applications must be completed in full to be considered for eligibility.
If a member of your household is directly certified or no member of your household attends Bryant, Carver, Eisenhower, Hempstead, Irving, Kennedy, Roosevelt, Sageville, Senior or Table Mound, no meal assistance form is needed. Students in these schools meeting federal income guidelines may be eligible for free or reduced fees. To determine eligibility, a FEE WAIVER APPLICATION is required.
