|What:||FREE AND REDUCED-PRICE MEALS APPLICATION and Fee Waiver Eligibility
A program offering free or reduced-price meals (breakfast and lunch) in accordance with guidelines set forth by the National School Lunch and School Breakfast Programs.
|COMMUNITY ELIGIBILITY PROVISION (CEP) FORM and Fee Waiver Eligibility
A provision of the federal lunch program that provides no-cost meals (breakfast and lunch) to all students at participating schools, helping expand access to nutritious meals.
|Who:||Families wishing to apply for free or reduced-price meals with a student attending Bryant, Carver, Eisenhower, Hempstead, Hoover, Irving, Kennedy, Roosevelt, Sageville, Senior, Table Mound, or Washington.||ALL families with a student attending Audubon, Fulton, Lincoln, Marshall, Prescott or Jefferson. Students whose primary attendance site is the Alta Vista Campus are also included in the CEP designation.|

NOTE: If a member of your household:
you do not need to complete the Free and Reduced-Price Meals Application. To have your fees waived, contact your school office or the district food and nutrition office to receive a Fee Waiver Benefits Form.
