Future Planning
With feedback from the last bond, the district continued its work to address needed efficiencies and ensure high-quality learning spaces for all students. This work included reviewing previous plans and developing an updated plan to move forward.
To do this work, the district:
- broadened representation on the core planning task force
- partnered with expert planners from INVISION Architecture
- sought ongoing community input
The Facility Planning Taskforce reviewed previous planning work completed for the 2023 bond and explored additional efficiency, site and facility options.
Through this collaborative process, a number of public community information sessions were held and school board meeting updates were given to provide transparency into the planning and decision-making process.
